From 23rd to 24th June 2026, the National Education Coalition_South Sudan successfully conducted a workshop in Wau on Strengthening Coordination Mechanisms at Community Level with PTAs, Head Teachers, and Community Leadership to Enhance Communication Channels and Procedures. The workshop brought together over 60 participants, including PTA members, head teachers, teachers, community leaders, and other key education stakeholders.
The workshop provided a valuable platform for stakeholders to discuss the challenges facing schools, strengthen collaboration, and reaffirm their shared commitment to improving education. It highlighted the importance of effective communication, active community participation, and stronger coordination between schools and communities to promote accountability, inclusive decision-making, and quality education for every learner.
Together, we continue to build stronger partnerships for a better education system in South Sudan.
