Dr. Peter Ador Riak Nyiel is a distinguished academic and a strong advocate for the right to education for all children.
Ms. Eunice joined National Education Coalition in 2018 as the Finance & Admin Officer Prior to National Education Coalition, I was the Finance & Admin Officer at Oxfam IBIS During my tenure at Oxfam IBIS I got to know National Education Coalition (NEC) since they where working hand in hand with Oxfam IBIS. I graduated in 2015 holding a Bachelor degree in Business Admin, Where I majored in Accounting and Finance . I currently live in Juba.
Morjakole is an ardent academician and a passionate advocate for accessible quality education for all children through improved teacher quality.
He holds Masters of Arts degree in Educational Policy Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (USA), a Masters of Arts degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the University of Warwick (United Kingdom), and a Bachelor’s degree in Education from Makerere University, Kampala (Uganda).
He is interested in understanding, through inquiry and participation in policy dialogues and advocacy, the practices and policies that inevitably shape influence access and the quality of teaching and learning. In a country affected and hence recovering from a prolong history of conflict, education is likely to experience a landscape of policy agenda and the inevitable challenges experienced by education sectors of the developing world.
Morjakole has expertise in organizing and delivering training workshops, leading advocacy campaigns and discussions, policy analysis, writing policy briefs on educational issues and education assessment. He is also a good team player and team builder, leading research and assessments.
Mr. Dut Kon Garang is an experienced Certified Master trainer on Strategies for trauma awareness and resilience (STAR) from eastern Mennonite University USA,
He also has worked for more than 6 years with various international organizations and some national organization including Organization for Nonviolence and Development (ONAD) as Nonviolence communication officer since 2019.
Mr. Dut holds Bachelor degree in Education Arts from Upper Nile University and he specialized in English and History.
Most recently, I have been managing the day-to-day operational aspects of trauma awareness program with AECOM/VISTAS Program in Jonglei state since 2016 to 2019 as Morning star Master trainer for 3 years and my role includes training of key stakeholders in community in Jonglei state, training of; peer support groups, women and youth at the community level. I was also be trusted to provide exceptional psychosocial service, community participatory approach both face-to –face counseling and referral of the trauma patient. Moreover, I have also participated in developing trauma awareness tools for VISTAS with help from hired consultant from Eastern Mennonite University by USAID, the tools developed includes;
