On March 17, 2026, the National Education Coalition (NEC) convened a high-level Stakeholders Dialogue at the Crown Hotel, bringing together key actors in the education sector to strengthen collaboration and coordination.
Held under the theme “Elevating Community Voices in National Education Advocacy,” the dialogue engaged 30 stakeholders, including representatives from state-level education platforms and Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) networks. The forum aimed to establish a stronger, more direct link between grassroots communities and national advocacy structures.
Participants emphasized the importance of amplifying the voices of parents and teachers in policy discussions, ensuring that education reforms are informed by real community needs and experiences.
The initiative marks a significant step toward fostering inclusive, participatory, and community-driven education advocacy in South Sudan.
By bridging the gap between local communities and national platforms, NEC continues to promote a more responsive and accountable education system.
