Mr. Angelo Lubang Paterno is a South Sudanese Education and Community Development expert. He has been working with government and international organizations in South Sudan in various capacities such as Secondary School Teacher, Education Advisor, Education Program Manager, Program Unit Manager, Country Program Director and Country Director for a total value of 20 years.
Angelo was one of the Coordinators of Partners for Education Group (PEG). He was one of the initiators of National Education Coalition (NEC) in South Sudan. He Served as the Deputy Chair of NEC board for two years. Now he serves in the capacity of Board Chair of NEC in South Sudan. Angelo holds a master’s degree in Development studies with a speciality in Development studies, a bachelor’s degree in Education and a post-graduate diploma in Education. He undergone professional trainings in Right based programming and Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD). He was one of the designers of Gender Responsive pedagogy manual for teachers training. He has developed and implemented numerous projects focusing on education, FSL, Protection and child protection, women and youth’s empowerment, strengthening capacities of state and non-state actors as well as in peacebuilding and conflict management. Angelo has a different attachment to children and women protection and empowerment based on his family background and the country context in which he grew up. He has desire to building strong educational foundation for a better future for children, especially girls that can be attained by enhancing access and quality of education for all. Jackson Okello a South Sudanese 47 years old and a teacher by profession. He has spent 8 years of a classroom teaching and learning. Jackson has worked for Africa Educational Trust in collaboration with Secretariat of Education and the South Sudan Ministry of General Education and Instruction for 21 years. He brings in 21 years of experience in Managing Education and Training in most complex, post conflict, conflict affected, emergency and development context in South Sudan. Currently working as a Program Director at Help Education South Sudan and a board Vice Chair for the National Education Coalition.
Jackson Okello hold BSC in Education from Kyambogo University Uganda, a post graduate Diploma in Applied Education leadership and Management from the Institute of Education University of London, Post graduate Diploma in Public administration from University of Fort Hare South Africa and MSC in Project Management leadership and control from University of Salford UK.
In the capacity as an Education Expert Jackson has worked to delivered Education project in South Sudan and has always been consulted on issues of Education programming and planning.

First worked as a Security Guard, Human Resources Assistant Officer, Project Coordinator; Project Administrator; Project Accountant, Internal Auditor, Disaster Risk Reduction/Cash for Assets Officer, Researcher, Education Advisor and now Program Coordinator for Livelihoods and Protection and/or Consultant on Proposal writings. I have good administrative and technical skills in administering programs/projects, human resources, operations and proposal writing as well as computer application packages: word-processing and spreadsheet and database analysis applications, SPSS, CSPro and STATA. A God fearing, self–driven, result oriented, creative, innovative and always strive for excellence. I am motivated and eager to learn at every challenging opportunity. I am Proactive and do possess strong problem(s) solving abilities and techniques in handling policy issues, administrative issues, Social issues & rural developmental growth and sustainability. I am able to apply my public policy, rural development, accounting and program knowledge into tangible action as elaborated herein. Ms. Achol Aguek Biar is a South Sudanese humanitarian worker and a gender activist.
She has played a key role in advocating for gender inclusivity, organizing campaigns and creating awareness on 16 Days of Gender Activism and the “Let’s Talk” Early and Unintended Pregnancy (EUP) Campaign. She is currently working at HelpEducation South Sudan (HESS) as the Executive Director and also serves as a Board Member at the National Education Coalition (NEC). Ms. Biar has undergone many trainings such as; MHPSS, Training of Tutors and Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA). She served as a teacher in Primary School for a period of 1 year. Ms. Biar has managed and successfully completed Supporting Effective Humanitarian Partnership programme that aims at capacity building the NNGOs staffs, where she also a member of the SEHP South Sudan Steering Committee serving as the vice chairperson for a period of one year. Achol also initiated the development of a five year organizational strategy for HESS. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development and a Diploma in Project Management. Ms. Biar has a desire to contribute to women and youth empowerment as well as implementation of the policies that ensure inclusivity and retention in schools for the brighter future of our children.

he has been working with government and various National Organizations within South Sudan in various capacities as Education Program Coordinator for Humanitarian Aid For Change and Transformation (HACT) for Four years from December 2016-December 2019, Protection officer for Food relieve agency for 1 year, Admin and GS office at Nile Petroleum Corporation Co.LTD, Executive Director of Women and Children foundation (WCF) for a period of 3 years, He is a member of National Education Cluster Advocacy Taskforce. Mr. Daniel Ajiek is also an Activist for Gender inclusion and has played a vital role in advocating for Gender inclusivity and good Governance and practice, he is currently working at Charity and Empowerment Foundation (CEF) as Country Director base in juba Mr. Daniel Ajiek brought a total of 7 years working experiences in humanitarian and development setting. he holds Diploma In business Administration and management, pursuing Bachelor degree in public Administration and management, he has attended numerous professional Training such as protection coaching organized by UNHCR for two months, basic computer course and obtain computer basic certificate, child safeguarding policy training organized by save the children international, SGVB training organized by CTSAM, Disaster Risk Management organized by NCA, information management training organized by National Education cluster, peer educator organized by FADA, localization working group training organized by SCI in Nairobi.
