Mr. Angelo Lubang Paterno is a South Sudanese Education and Community Development expert. He has been working with government and international organizations in South Sudan in various capacities such as Secondary School Teacher, Education Advisor, Education Program Manager, Program Unit Manager, Country Program Director and Country Director for a total value of 20 years.
Jackson Okello a South Sudanese 47 years old and a teacher by profession. He has spent 8 years of a classroom teaching and learning. Jackson has worked for Africa Educational Trust in collaboration with Secretariat of Education and the South Sudan Ministry of General Education and Instruction for 21 years. He brings in 21 years of experience in Managing Education and Training in most complex, post conflict, conflict affected, emergency and development context in South Sudan. Currently working as a Program Director at Help Education South Sudan and a board Vice Chair for the National Education Coalition.
In the capacity as an Education Expert Jackson has worked to delivered Education project in South Sudan and has always been consulted on issues of Education programming and planning.

First worked as a Security Guard, Human Resources Assistant Officer, Project Coordinator; Project Administrator; Project Accountant, Internal Auditor, Disaster Risk Reduction/Cash for Assets Officer, Researcher, Education Advisor and now Program Coordinator for Livelihoods and Protection and/or Consultant on Proposal writings. I have good administrative and technical skills in administering programs/projects, human resources, operations and proposal writing as well as computer application packages: word-processing and spreadsheet and database analysis applications, SPSS, CSPro and STATA. A God fearing, self–driven, result oriented, creative, innovative and always strive for excellence. I am motivated and eager to learn at every challenging opportunity. I am Proactive and do possess strong problem(s) solving abilities and techniques in handling policy issues, administrative issues, Social issues & rural developmental growth and sustainability. I am able to apply my public policy, rural development, accounting and program knowledge into tangible action as elaborated herein. Above all, I am a South Sudanese national with valid driving license.
